Gallery: The hangar at Tillamook

Frank Miller is my favorite photographer of overlooked objects. You’ll see some of his handiwork my upcoming book, Lift. These images are from a trip we took to the Tillamook Air Museum in Tillamook, Ore. It’s a World War II-era airship hangar, so the building is as much an artifact as anything inside it. Go there if you can.
